What is BetaPerks?

BetaPerks is a marketplace connecting indie developers with real beta testers. Developers get actionable feedback, and testers get rewarded with perks, premium features, and credits.

Is BetaPerks free to use?

We offer a Free tier that allows developers to run 1 task with up to 5 testers. For more tasks and testers, you can upgrade to our Indie or Pro plans.

For Developers

Can I ask testers to leave a review on the App Store?

No. BetaPerks is strictly for gathering product feedback, bug reports, and UX suggestions. Asking for App Store or Google Play reviews violates our Compliance Rules.

How do I distribute rewards?

Once a tester submits feedback and you approve it, you can distribute promo codes, lifetime licenses, or BetaPerks credits directly through our dashboard.

What kind of apps can I test?

You can test iOS (TestFlight), Android (Google Play Console), macOS, Windows, and Web applications.

For Testers

How do I get selected for tasks?

Developers review your profile, including your device types, OS versions, and past feedback quality. Having a complete profile increases your chances of being selected.

What are BetaPerks Credits?

Credits are our platform currency. You earn them by submitting high-quality feedback. In the future, credits can be redeemed for developer tools, subscriptions, or gift cards.

What happens if a developer doesn't give me the promised reward?

If your feedback is approved but you haven't received the reward within the specified timeframe, you can open a dispute. Our moderation team will review the case.
