Terms of Service

By accessing, registering, or using the BetaPerks platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every provision of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

BetaPerks serves two distinct user groups: Developers and Testers. • Developers: You are solely responsible for the software you distribute for testing, the accuracy of your task descriptions, and the timely fulfillment of any promised rewards or perks. You must not distribute malware or malicious code. • Testers: You agree to provide honest, original, and constructive feedback based on actual usage of the developer's application. You must maintain the confidentiality of any unreleased software you are granted access to.

To maintain the integrity of our marketplace, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination: 1. Creating multiple duplicate accounts to farm rewards. 2. Using bots, scripts, or AI tools to generate fake or low-effort feedback. 3. Requesting or providing paid 5-star ratings or App Store reviews. 4. Uploading explicit, illegal, or highly offensive material. 5. Attempting to bypass the platform's authentication or billing systems.

BetaPerks facilitates the distribution of rewards, but Developers are ultimately the issuers of these rewards. BetaPerks is not legally liable if a Developer fails to deliver a promised reward, though we will penalize or ban Developers who consistently fail to honor their commitments. BetaPerks Credits are a virtual platform currency. They possess zero cash value, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency outside the platform, and may expire if an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months.

The BetaPerks platform, including its code, design, branding, and original content, is the exclusive property of BetaPerks Inc. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or scrape our platform. Developers retain all intellectual property rights to the applications they submit for testing. Testers do not gain any ownership rights or claims to the software they test, nor to the feedback they submit, which is transferred to the Developer upon approval.

BETAPERKS IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS-IS' AND 'AS-AVAILABLE' BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Under no circumstances shall BetaPerks Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the platform or the software tested through it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BetaPerks at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or our Compliance Rules. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and you forfeit any accumulated BetaPerks Credits.
